Each project is special in it’s own way, but this is a rough outline of how my process pans out.
Once the services are chosen by you I then send you a contract and the deposit to be fulfilled. This is all done digitally. I use a software that organizes the project that you and I can both log into and communicate through. In that space, you will be able to drop any photos, mood boards, copy, questions, feedback and more. Using this software keeps the project clean and emails aren’t missed along the way.
For most projects you will create a mood board. I have steps on how to do so in our online space and also have examples as needed. This gives me a really good window into YOU and your project. I also gather any assets I need from you. In this stage we also have strategy sessions if they are applicable to your project.
Once I have what’s needed to start the project, I get to work. I strive for a 4 day turnaround on most edits excluding weekends. Sometimes, larger and complicated websites can take a little longer but all of that is communicated at the start of the project and along the way.
Once an edit is in your hands, it does require some homework from you. Any feedback you have can be placed in our online space. From there I get back to work and we repeat as needed and stated in our contract.
This process is unique to each person and project but this is the general flow. In the end, it’s a relationship and I sit at the table with you to make your dreams reality.
